Additional sleeping can be accommodated upon request (Air Mattress). Beautifully landscaped roof top deck can accommodate gathering anytime. There is a fitness center and movie screening room you can use. In Midtown West, this is a great location to all of NYC attractions from the Theater District, Time Square, Restaurant Row, Central Park etc. A variety of restaurants, grocery stores, diners and delis are within a 5 blocks radius as the building is minutes away from trendy bars, restaurants and overall nightlife.

A GREAT WEEK VACATION IN A GREAT FLAT

First of all, thank you to NICOLE. She is an angel. Very helpful, professional and always ready to be "called" for any kind of thing.
Our family (parents from Alicante/Spain and siter and I from Lausanne/Switzerland) arrived on 10/25 for 1 week.
We could keep the unit until 5.00 pm for a reasonable amount.
We were on the 17th floor unit. This unit is the mirror of the one on the 24th. Everything was exactly as mentioned in the site.
The building is quite and safe. It is also very well located.
The entire unit was very cleaned.
We had a "round bar table" with 4 chairs between the kitchen and the living room.
Sitted on the sofa, we could see the Empire State Building on our left. From the 2 rooms, we could see the river. It was very interesting to see how a big ship can manage to park at the pier.
The rooms are spacious with big cupboads and lots of hangers. The beds are very confortable. NO back pain. Thanks to the 2 bathrooms, we did not waiste our time for the morning shower.
We had some breakfasts and dinners at "home". Everything was perfect.
We brought our laptap with us and could use internet for some peanuts a day.
We went once to the fitness… due to a rainy - windy day. The room was very well equiped!
The rooftop terrasse is marvelous. We took lots of pictures day and night. The sunset from there was just gorgeous.
The 2 guys at the entrance are were very helpful and nice.
We went to the Italian restaurant proposed by Nicole on the first evening… out of the building take right and at the light, right again until end of the street. Food was excellent. We crossed 2 groceries way to this italian place.
This flat was just TOO great, better that an hotel 5* and we recommend it to any person going to visit NY. You will not regret it. HAVE FUN !

A great place to stay

We were a party of 5 (mature!) ladies and stayed for about 5 days earlier this month. 2/3 of us visit New York every year and have always stayed in hotels before - though this time we would have needed at least 2 rooms. We are really pleased that we decided on Nicole's wonderful apartment - it gave us much more flexibilty - we could all get together over breakfast to plan the day before getting ready to go out!
The two bathrooms were a boon when getting ready, and the sun deck gave us great views of the city.
The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped - eveything from washer and drier to microwave and even a wine cooler! The desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and Nicole herself was great!
The building was in a lovely quiet location with panoramic views over the river, but within easy 10 minute stroll to Times Square and other tourist attractions. Great choice of restaurants locally on 9th Avenue foir when we didn't want to go further into the city - though cabs were always easy to pick up when we went out.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other visitors as a brilliant base for your visit and hope to return ourselves sometime soon!

We passed a pleasant and peaceful half hour on a carriage ride around Central Park - at $34 for up to 4 people we felt it was very reasonable

Wonderful stay with the famil in midtown Manhattan

The location was very good, 10-15 minutes to Times Square and very near the park and Columbus Circle.The property was clean and had all we needed for a lovely stay. The views were outstanding and since I was there with my family for several days, it was a wonderful experience.The owner was extremely nice and helpful and so great to deal with. Everything went smoothly and the apartment was very comfortable. Restaurants on 9th avenue were quite good and the restaurant on the corner near the apartment was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean and we had breakfasts and a couple of meals at the apartment. Went to concerts in the park and to musicals on broadway, great! We were very lucky to be able to rent and stay at this apartment. I do want to thank the owner for being so nice. Hope we can come back some time!

Awsome experience

My husband & I were looking for a celebration for our 2 boys big birthdays this year, 18 & 21, which would be memorable. We had a wonderful six days in New York. The apartment is modern and very clean and has the most amazing views of the city and from the rooftop WOW. My elder son is a keen amateur photographer and was in his element. Good having two bathrooms, necessary for 4 adults. It’s a great location and within walking distance of tourist attractions, Times Square, Central Park and some lovely restaurants and deli’s. We ate out every day but great to have breakfast looking out to the city and we ordered food to be delivered also in the evening when we were exhausted and wanted to chill. Unfortunately our son was unwell a couple of days and the apartment was like home from home for him with internet, large TV and all amenities. We wouldn’t get that space and convenience in a hotel. Nicole is lovely and was very helpful and accommodated us with a late departure. We would certainly come back and recommend to others.
Thank you Nicole – This was a perfect experience and one we will all remember.

A great place to stay

We were a party of 6 and when we booked our trip to New York, our first inclination was to make Hotel reservations. However, we then thought that we might be better staying in an apartment and that was definitely the right decision. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline. What a sight at night time when all the buildings were lit up.

The apartment block is in a good safe area and convenient for getting to all the main tourist areas. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment itself had everything that you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Although it was quite cold when we were there, we still managed to spend some time up on the roof terrace. What a great place to relax with a drink and a snack.

Nicole was really helpful - right down to buying celebration balloons for one of our party when she spotted the birthday cards on the work surface. She also offered any assistance she could provide to make sure that we had no problems getting to the airport for our onward flight, including sending us text messages to make sure everything was OK. Nicole, you're a star!

This was the first time some of our party had visited New York but now we know exactly where we'll be staying on our next visit.

We cannot recommend this apartment block highly enough.
