Our 3-story condo is in an ideal location to explore the south-west of Puerto Rico while keeping the comforts of home. Take a short walk to the beach (less than 300 meters) or just enjoy in the pool in the facilities. Fully furnished and equipped. Color TV with DISH Network, DVD/CD player and stereo included. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms with A/C. The third floor has a huge open terrace with spectacular views of the Caribbean sunsets. Perfect for sipping margaritas, play cards or dominoes or just hang out in the hammock. The condo is located in a private, 21-unit development that has a shared pool and gazebo. Parking available for 2 cars in the complex. It is walking distance to El Combate Beach, a nice & safe fishing town and a short drive to the historic Cabo Rojo Lighthouse, the beautiful 'Playa Sucia' and Boqueron Beach.

El Combate beach is one of the many beautiful caribbean beaches of the city of Cabo Rojo. The Cabo Rojo light house and the famous 'Playa Sucia' is about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. The town of Cabo Rojo is located in the most southwestern corner of the island and is a great location to explore the SW of Puerto Rico. Mayaguez, Ponce, La Parguera, Guanica are a short drive away of less than 50 minutes. El Combate is a calm, fishing town in Cabo Rojo. It has local restaurants and bars. Grocery stores, 'panaderias' (bakeries) with smaller convenience stores, ATM and even fast food are less than a 10 minute drive.

First class accomodations

We had a great time. Marta was extremely nice and profesional. Regarding the apartment, the facilities were "first class quality". Very nice and charming. We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed ourselves. Now we need to get back on a diet to get rid of those pounds from delicious "mofongo". Thank you for everything. Definitively will not be the last time staying at your place.

We wanted to stay longer!

Well, we loved the apartment. Marta is very helpful and everything was very clean. The area of the pool is very good. We want to stay there next year (already made the reservation), but to stay a whole week. The decoration of the place is beautiful. We really had a great time.

Much better than what I saw on the internet

This was my first time staying in a home instead of a hotel. I was very fearful that things would not be as beautiful and perfect as shown in the pictures on the internet. To my delight, thanks to the Lord first, and then to Marilyn and Marta, to me and my family this was much more than what you see on the internet. It was fantastic!

We really had some wonderful, relaxing days. We stayed during weekdays and the apartment complex was very quiet and almost exclusively ours! We had a great time. Allow me to share that the apartment is extremely beautiful, cozy, warm...like a nice, well kept home. Everybody in our group loved it. When the check-out day arrived, we regreted not having a longer stay since we wished to stay more days.

If we go back to the southwest of Puerto Rico, believe me, I would not think twice and stay in this place. The owner and Marta were very professionad and pleasant which completed and fullfilled all the expectations of a satisfied customer. We are very, very happy with our stay. I'll be happy to recommend your place to my friends and family and, actually recommend it to anybody! It was a pleasure to work with you and meet you.

Great family time!

We had a great family time. The holiday rate was a bit higher than other apartments in the area, but the apartment itself is very accomodating. The location is perfect, quick access to all the attractions and facilities. As instructed, we called ahead of time and when we got there Marta was waiting for us, which worked great. We would certainly keep it in mind for our next vacations and will refer some clients too.

Great location, huge and well maintained condo

We stayed in this beautiful condo during mid February. Initially we wanted to stay in Cabo Rojo area only one night but mid -way decided to extend our stay due to beautiful coast line, and peaceful location and desire to explore surrounding areas more. The condo was great, the local manager met with us and provided directions to local attractions. We certainly plan on coming back.
