Fabulous Renovated Home

I am a builder off Cape and I was really impressed with the attention to detail throughout this home. We are an extended family of 8 and everyone was thrilled with the home.. My wife particularly enjoyed the new kitchen and all the new appliances. The new family room was perfect for teenage boys. They enjoyed hanging out and watching movies, making this space their own. The beds were all very comfortable and we appreciated that we didn't have to bring our own linens. We found this home to be very clean upon arrival, with top notch amenities and we loved all the new furniture!! Though we are pet lovers we chose to leave our beloved 'Mac" at home. We will certainly be bringing her with us next trip. Most importantly, there were no signs that pets had stayed in the home. We found the owners to be very particular when it came to cleanliness and we appreciated this. We will be back and would recommend this home as it was like no other vacation home that we have rented. Close to Craigville beach and Main Street, Melody Tent and Grocery Store. Can't beat the price for such a nice home.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Front-to-back living room/kitchen/deck sweep - a pleasure. Clean and practical home. Quiet neighborhood; short drive to beaches, convenient to Hyannis and Cape enjoyment. Nice features: plasma TV, top-notch kitchen, gas grill, master walk-in shower, complimentary beach passes, close side-of-home driveway parking, W/D. Cordial and easy arrangements. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Home - High Marks

We vacation on the Cape every summer and we were so happy with our decision to rent this home. As a mom of 2 young boys I found the yard to be perfect for them, and the neighborhood was great for biking. We spent most days at the beach that was just a short drive from the house. The owners provided a beach pass which was so convenient for us. I am very particular and this house passed my test for cleanliness!! Loved the new bathrooms and especially the new kitchen!! Granite counters, dishwasher, beautiful slate floors and fabulous appliances. I was sad to leave this kitchen. We really enjoyed throwing the kids in the new outdoor shower. It was like having 3 bathrooms. We have always had to bring our own towels and sheets, but this home had everything. Plenty of space for everyone and the new family room was a bonus. We loved the location and we have become repeat renters. We are anxious to get back and we hope that everyone takes good care of our new vacation home!!! Wish were closer, would love a weekend getaway.

Exceeded My Expectations

It is rare to find a vacation property that meets all of your requirements. We are a family of 7 and found this home to be everything that the owner advertised it to be. The home was spotless, the furnishings were beautiful and modern. The kitchen was amazing and had everything that I could think of. I found the owners to be very helpful with directions, local attractions and places to dine. We found no reason to bother with contacting them once we arrived as everything was perfect. There was a new family room in the basement that was perfect as a playroom for the kids with a tv, foosball table and enormous space. Great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. We enjoyed the new deck and the outdoor shower was a hit! The location was so convenient to the beach and downtown. This has now become our favorite vacation destination!!! We found this home to be well worth the rate!! My husband and I are planning a winter getaway and can't imagine spending it anywhere but in this fabulous home. We can't wait to return.
