This place was not bad.

4 of us stayed here at the end of February. The pictures on the web are what you get. There are areas that need to be painted, but overall the experience was not bad at all. It is located in the middle of everything and not far from the beach. The air is cold and the kitchen and bath are really nice. I would have liked to see better linens and towels, but we had our own so it didnt matter much. The owner was a good guy. He gave us our full deposit back as promised. The price was really unbeatable for the location. I would recommend this as a good place to stay with the fellas or girls, not really with couples just because of the one bathroom and the twin beds in the other bedroom. thanks for the good time Becker!

Amazing!

Traveling with teenage boys, hotels are getting complicated and timeshares are costly, so this was the perfect solution!! TV for everyone, privacy when needed, beautiful, clean apartment with all the amenities you can think of, including parking if you are planning to travel around the island. The beach is a five-minute walk, restaurants, night life, you name it...We did some great sightseeing, snorkeling, hiking, kayaking and coming back every night to a "home" was ideal. The owner was very gracious and available when needed. Only downer was we had a hard time connecting to the internet through wifi, but then maybe that was a blessing on this vacation.

Property was excellent, but brokers dishonest

The property was everything the real estate broker depicted, but at check out I was very disappointed when I the broker did not return the full deposit due to a malfunction of the air conditioner. When I returned to Puerto Rico and called to set up an appointment to check on the status of the air conditioner I was told there was a fire in the building and the electricity was not working so the technician could not check air conditioner unit, this was a week later. I called to check out the story and the broker did not answer telephone nor return my call. So I am out $100.00 of deposit.

The pictures don't do this place justice...

Man I really don’t know where to start about this place, over all it’s a great place that is in a great location. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Isla Verde near the popular hotels like the El San Juan (ESJ), the Ritz Carlton, the Intercontinental to name a few. It’s within walking distance of night life like the San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel, Brava, numerous Casinos, etc. and its located approximately 2 blocks from the beach. The condo it’s self is upscale with a very modern feel. It has marble countertops, dark wood cabinets, marble floors, plush moderate furniture, and a fly bathroom… I was a little apprehensive about staying in a condo rather than staying a hotel because I usually stay in hotels when I travel but I was impressed with the professionalism of owner of the property when booking and paying for the property. He met us at the airport, gave a brief tour of the area then took us to the condo, gave us the keys and went on his way only to return on the check out day with deposit in hand. I will definitely stay at this condo again when I return to Puerto Rico. Oh yea and compare the prices to any of the hotels in the area… this place can't be beat for the price especially if you travel in a group…
