Located close to downtown Palm Springs in the historic Movie Colony neighborhood, this completely remodeled home is just around the corner from the former estates of Frank Sinatra, Tony Curtis, Bob Hope and Cary Grant, At this gorgeous get-a-way you'll feel like you're really living the Palm Springs luxury experience. Not to be confused, this house is sleek, modern and comfortable. The enormous living room (Great Room) with 50' plasma TV, stereo and fireplace looks out to a magnificent covered patio and pool area with outdoor living room, also with a fireplace, 40 foot pool, 8 person spa, built-in gas barbecue area and plenty of space for lounging the day or evening away. The huge master suite features a large walk-in closet, spacious master bath with 2 person rain shower, deep soaking Phillipe Starck bath tub, separate W/C and double sink vanity. There are two other inviting bedrooms with marble baths and, all bedrooms have direct access to serene garden areas.

We are located in the Movie Colony area of the city of Palm Springs, close to downtown shopping and restaurants, Ruth Hardy park which has tennis courts, picnic areas and a playground is only 2 blooks away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is approximately 2 to 3 miles by car. There are numerous golf courses and cultural events a short distance from the house and Joshua Tree National Park is within an hour away.
