5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 master suites with a king size bed and en-suite, 1 room with double bed and its own bathroom). Fully fenced at the rear, ensuring privacy. Private swimming pool and jacuzzi/spa. Games room with pool table, air hockey and table football (foosball). Living room with 51' Plasma TV. Over 270 digital TV channels, including over 30 High Definition (HD) channels. New living room furniture. DVD player and selection of DVDs Xbox 360 and selection of games.TV’s in all 5 bedrooms. New carpeting in all bedrooms (tiled throughout the remainder of the villa). Computer and free wireless broadband internet access.Free phone calls across the USA and Canada, with heavily discounted rates for the rest of the world (5p per minute to the UK). Dining area with new dining room table and chairs.Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Informal dining area within the kitchen. Location: Indian Creek in USA

Indian Creek is a development of luxury villas just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. It is in a perfect location, being just 5 minutes drive from Disney and 15 minutes from Universal Studios and International Drive. It is approximately 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Highway 192 has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops, in addition to supermarkets (Wal-mart, Publix) and pharmacies/drug stores. The Indian Creek Community has a basketball court and a tennis court. Directly opposite our villa is a children's play area, soccer pitch and baseball diamond. This is the best location for Disney and Orlando vacations and is also within 5 minutes is Interstate 4 which can take you further afield to Tampa, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center or the beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. New luxurious carpets were fitted in all bedrooms in April 2008 (the remainder of the villa is tiled).
