Spacious, open and light filled, this contemporary home accommodates 8: 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Huge deck, gorgeous views from deck and most rooms. Two potential master bedrooms- one has direct access to first floor bath, the upper level master has a gorgeous view of the meadow. 2nd upstairs B/R sleeps 2 and has a private deck. Lower level, walk out daylight basement has additional family room and bedroom -slps. 2. First floor living room with sliders to deck, views of meadow. Dining area seats 8. Great yard set far off the road for children and adults to enjoy. Grill and outdoor eating on the deck with lots of light-enjoy your morning coffee or evening BBQ's out there. Listen to the sounds of nature. Great for bird-watching. With washer/dryer.

Perfectly situated for maximum fun!: .3 miles from Boat Meadow Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Eastham, this home is a duplex---shares a lot line with single tenant, but still very quiet and separate, with absolute privacy. Enjoy all of the treasures that the Outer Cape has to offer when you vacation in this lovely home. National Seashore beaches, ponds, .3 miles to Boat Meadow bay beach, ocean, hiking, Mass. Bay Audubon Preserve for hiking and classes, bike trails, Willy's Family Center Gym, Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre and Flea Market, Art shows and galleries, shopping, sunsets, peace and quiet.

Child-friendly; pet-friendly: Children are welcome and will be safe in this house; we even have some toys and games for them. We will consider having a dog as a guest as well.

Everything you need is already there: There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer. There's an outdoor shower. Two large yards: front and back. Two decks. Fully-stocked kitchen, dishes, pots and pans, appliances, even a lobster pot! Toys and games for kids and adults. (Has your family ever played croquette?) Bay beach is just down the street.

Great vacation house

If you like light, it doesn't really get better than this - we woke up each day to sunshine streaming in to all of the rooms. The house is large, with soaring ceilings in the living room, an open floor plan and lots of room on three levels for spreading out. At the same time, it's very homey - not like one of those places you start to feel lost in. Lots of pretty details, an ample kitchen and two spacious bathrooms. A nice yard, and two great decks, including an area that's covered for shade. Located on a pretty street, a short walk down the road from a beautiful beach. And a two minute drive from the village of Orleans, which has lots of great shops and restaurants. All in all, a lovely house for a Cape Cod vacation. Would highly recommend, and will return when our schedules permit.

Spacious and bright and near the beach

We absolutely loved this beautiful setting near the beach. The outside doesn't look like much, but when you get inside, the sunlight streaming in to the open plan of the house is dazzling - both spacious and cozy. We'll definitely be coming back. Great for kids, dogs, beach walks, and family bonding.
