And another 15-minute walk will take you to the surfer's beach of Guiones. You will also be within a couple-of-minute walk from the mouth of the river Nosara, with its great sunsets, amazing bird watching, river tour, horse stable, and the Biological Reserve of Nosara. Beautifully designed, the house has all you need for a relaxing vacation, away from the crowds: pool, a/c, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and, a great patio with plenty of comfortable pillows to truly enjoy the outdoors!

Nosara is located on the Peninsula de Nicoya, and is reknowned for its surfing beaches, the Nosara Yoga institute, the Biological Reserve, and the nesting ground of the Olive Ridley Turtles. It offers all the amenities of a beach resort, while preserving the environment beauty and seclusion. The Ostional reserve, stretching on four beaches, does not allow building within a 200-meter zone of the high-tide line. Therefore, on your long walks on the beach, you will not see any high-rise or restaurant terrace spoiling the view and the peace.
