I stayed in this unit while in Miami on business and it was perfect. Great location in the middle of downtown means that it was easy to get everywhere that I needed to be. Building is very quiet and the neighbors were all very friendly. Owner is very nice and took good care of me! I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This apartment is very well located. You really don't need a car unless you want to go visit other places like the Keys.
Clean, excellent maintenance. The only thing that disappointed us a little was the size of the pool (too small). But this building is part of a large complex still in construction, so my guess is that it will have a nice size pool in the future.
If you decide to rent a car, the free parking garage is excellent.
Definitely recommended. Thank you Martha, it was nice doing business with you!
