NOVEMBER SPECIAL ONLY $125/NIGHT Monday - Wednesday! ENJOY THE BEAUTIFUL FALL COLORS! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is situated just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and the Snowbowl. Step outside the front door to the Urban Trail system with beautiful San Francisco Peak views and tall pines lining the hiking and biking trails. Also just steps away are the city tennis courts, ice skating rink, and 18-hole championship Frisbee course. The home sleeps 6 with 1 King, 1 Queen, & 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the three bedrooms are comfy and the two baths are beautifully appointed for a cozy home away from home. Enjoy all the modern amenities: three large High-Definition flat-screen TVs & DVD players for those late night movies, wireless Internet, and Ipod docking station. There's also an outdoor gas grill, tennis rackets and balls, basketball, Frisbees and two bikes on site! Come enjoy Flagstaff in all four seasons!

Situated a few minutes from downtown Flagstaff with its quaint shops and fine restaurants, it’s a short drive to the Snowbowl for skiing, snowboarding, sledding or a beautiful scenic ride on the ski lift any time of year! You can easily make a day trip to the Grand Canyon or see the ruins at Wapatki National Park. Hidden behind the pines across the street is a quiet forest park and the City of Flagstaff’s only indoor ice skating rink. At the house are two cruiser bikes for your use, tennis rackets and balls, a basketball, and a couple of Frisbees to try on the 18-hole championship Frisbee course! There are several golf courses nearby, and also lakes for fishing or boating. Just a short drive and you can see the Red Rocks of Sedona!

Spectacular property

We chose this property for an October weekend get-a-way with our 2 young girls We had such a wonderful stay at this home. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Great location, very close to downtown and easy to get to. The park across the street is fantastic, and was such a fun place for our children to play at.

The home was beautifully decorated, well-kept, and very clean. Owner was great to work with, and we plan to stay here again in the future.

We really can't say enough good things about our experience here. The owners thought of everything to include in the house to make it the perfect stay.

I would recommend this highly to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a home away from home.

Our only regret about our stay in the house is it was too short.

This is a beautifully remodeled modern home with the charm of older home. The owners of thought of absolutely everything. All you need to do is pick up some grocery on the way and you will feel right at home.

The house is spacious (more spacious than it appears on the pictures) and the backyard is even better. With Sedona and Grand Canyong ~1Hour away, couldn't ask for a better place to kick back and relax after long daytrips.

We are certainly looking forward to our next stay in the house.

We stayed at this property for a family vacation in August with our 2 teanage children. I did alot of research and this specific home met all of our objectives.

Great Location: We visited Sedona, NAU, and took a train ride to the Grand Canyon.

Close to Downtown: minutes away from dinning and shopping in Historic Flagstaff.

Family Activities: We played Tennis across the street, went hiking at Buffalo Park... spectaular views!
I would hilghly recommend this property and we will return. It was clean, had the comforts of home and tastefully decorated with all the amenities.

The owner was extremly helpful and provides an excellent service and accomidations!!

The home was beautiful with every detail accounted for.
I would highly recommend staying here, very comfortable and super location to downtown and all attractions.

Totally updated top to bottom with a nice homey feel,
and the 3 large LCD TV's were wonderful.

High Country Romance

For me this romantic getaway will always have special meaning. My girlfriend and I fell in love with this place and with each other. This home is flawless! The owners have thought of and taken care of every detail. This made our stay so easy and pleasant that our only focus was on each other. The home is large enough for a family, but private enough for a romantic weekend. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone that wants a stress-free stay with all the amenities of home and the romance of the high country.
