The condo was built in 2005 – it’s beautiful., we include a 42” High definition television in the living room, with full digital cable and the master BR and guest BR both have televisions. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean where it meets the intercoastal waterway. Often you can see the dolphins swimming around off shore. Minorca is only one hour away from Disney World and over 30 golf courses are minutes away! The Minorca clubhouse beside the pool has to be seen! It is a perfect place to host a private reception, watch the big screen TV, have a game of billiards or relax with family and friends. Located at the northern end of New Smyrna Beach, Minorca sits adjacent to an environmentally protected space with a two-mile boardwalk, a beautiful setting for your daily walk or jog!
