Lucca! Lucca! Only the finest materials; granite, marble, ebonized walnut floors, and paneled walls were suitable for this Coastal Cottage which is Reminiscent of Nantucket Architecture. It is the perfect family vacation home with an attached carriage house for the in-laws! There is room for 12 with 4 BRs and 4.5 BAs in Lucca! Lucca! The main house has 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8! The Master Bedroom chamber with a king bed opens to a private screened in porch. Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, bedroom 3 offers a queen and the loft provides 2 bunk beds. The stainless steel sub-zero refrigerator and wolf appliances create the ideal kitchen for your vacation. Bar next door offers wine racks, refrig and ice maker. 2 sets of front loading washers and dryers.Gas grill on the patio by the pool will give Dad a chance to swim while cooking! Second screened in porch with dining room table. 5 Flat Screen TVs, an ELEVATOR, GOLF CART, and separate carriage house. Call or email for more information

From Highway 331S. Take Hwy 331 south until you come to Hwy 98, turn left. Go a few miles to CR 395 and turn right. At the end of CR 395, you will come to Hwy 30A, turn left. Go a few miles and you will see a sign for the WaterSound Sales office. Take a right on WaterSound Way, which is the main entrance, through the gate and take a right on Yacht Pond Lane.
