This pristine location will provide you with all the comforts of home. The King Master Suite has its own private bathroom along with a 32' LCD HD TV and a walk-in closet. Its' balcony overlooks the pool & lush gardens. The Queen Suite also has a 32' LCD HD TV, wall unit storage and an adjacent bathroom. Both suites have Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The pantry has a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board & vacuum. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator & stove. There are 2 patios on the ground level, one with a summer kitchen & BBQ gas grill. The living room hosts a pull-out queen size sofa bed, 42' LCD HD TV & stereo. DR has counter height table & 6 chairs. There is a breakfast counter with 2 chairs. Unit has a/c & there are 2 ceiling fans downstairs. Half bath is downstairs, both full bathrooms are upstairs. Eagle Beach is a mere 200 yard walk away. This is a brand new gated facility with remote controlled access. Also keyed walk-in.

This condominium complex is 200 yards to eagle beach and is in close proximity to downtown Orjanestad. It is within the Low Rise Hotel area on Eagle Beach. The Alhambra Casino is very close as well as the Divi Links Golf Course. A water park, within walking distance, is being built. This property is on a bus line, although we recommend renting a car. There is a grocery store about a 5 minute drive away. There are world class restaurants within walking distance or many more just a short drive away. There is a butterfly farm just up the street. At any of the nearby hotels, any tour, excursion or day trip can be arranged. Things like horseback riding, deep sea fishing, movie theaters, duty-free shopping, jeep safari, scuba diving, snorkeling, wave runners, paddle boats, mini golf, parasailing, Harley rentals, countless happy hours, shows and fine dining await your arrival and participation!

Our rentals are from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY) Send email with your reservation request. We will email you back with availability. We will go over payment details with you after we confirm availability.
    CANCELLATION: Refund of payment due to unexpected cancellations prior to arrival are: A 20% cancellation fee any cancellation greater than 30 days before arrival. A 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation between 15-30 days prior to arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee will be levied within 15 days of arrival date.
  • PREMIUM RATES: 12/20/08-1/3/09 $3500, 1/31/09-2/7/09 $3200, 2/14/09-2/21/09 $3200, 3/14/09-3/21/09 $3200
    30% deposit required at booking, full payment must be received 30 days prior to check-in date.
    Payments will be accepted in the form of postal money order or cashier's check. In some instances PayPal will be accepted.
    There is a $300 Security Deposit required at booking. This is a fully refundable deposit unless something is damaged or lost during your stay. Security deposit will be mailed within 7 business days after departure with the exception of International mailings taking longer.

BEACH/CONDO=SAVINGS: The complex is a short walk to Eagle Beach, approx 200 yds. The bus stop and or taxi station is less than 50yds from the condo. I still recommend renting a car to really see the whole island, and just for the convenience of going any where any time.

Security/gated community: This complex is within a gated community and upon arrival you will be given a remote controlled gate opener,which allows easy in and out access to your parking spot right next to the unit. The unit is also equipped with an alarm system. Aruba has a very low crime rate and is considered to be the safest island in the Caribbean, but you still must use common sense. The complex also has a person on site 24hrs a day.

BBQ/SUMMER KITCHEN: This unit is equipped with an outside patio with a BBQ gas grill, sink and table and chairs. This is great for cooking up lunch or dinner while lounging by the pool, or to get a quick bite in between sunning at the beach.
