Beautiful, modern free-standing condo located in the town of Port Austin, MI. There are nearly 3000 square feet of living space. There is a balcony and a patio, which both face Bird Creek and the boat slip that is available with the unit. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have king-sized beds. The unit normally sleeps 8, but has beds for more. Parties greater than 8 will be considered on an individual basis, and will normally incur a higher charge. This is a smoke-free and pet-free condo. Full kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washer/Dryer, iron, etc. Great views of Lake Huron and beautiful sunsets can be seen from the condo or its balcony. The unit is about 150 yards from the public beach and public park. You can walk to restaurants and shopping as well. The boat slip is included if desired. You can launch your boat nearby at the Port Austin Marina.
