We really enjoyed this vacation condo. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The pool was nice and the children really enjoyed it. We liked the location to the strip and all the shopping etc. We will stay here againl.

What a beautiful vacation retreat! We loved the layout of the condo, especially the master bedroom/ bath and the balcony. The view of the mountains from the balcony was amazing. One of the things I liked about the condo is that it was close to everything.
John and Kathy were very accomodating to us and answered every question that we had. The staff at the Big Bear resort was also very friendly and helpful. There are so many things to do in the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area that we definitely want to come back!

Really lovely condo! The beds were very comfortable (and this from someone who can't sleep well away from home!), the furnishings were high quality, and the location is great - less than a mile to the parkway, grocery stores, etc. Very helpful staff, gorgeous views, fun amenities (the kids loved the pool/hot tub/game room). My only issue was the lack of wireless internet signal - unless you were out on the deck and could grab an weak signal from the resort. But the owner has just installed wireless (as we were leaving!) so hopefully it will be absolutely perfect for our next stay - and yes, we WILL be back!
