Located in a quiet family neighborhood with 7 minute walk to our private association beach and waterfront area, this home is a short walk to Craigville beach, the local pizza and Mexican eatery, post office and general store. 3 miles to Hyannis, the Melody Tent, the Cape Cod mall, Barnstable airport, the islands ferry, Cape Cod rail bike trail, several golf courses, many super markets and shopping, farm stand, Cape Cod potato chips, Cape Cod brewery, in case you must play tourist. Equipped with an outside shower, gas grill, picnic table, yard chairs, digital cable TV, WiFi internet, ROKU, high chair, Pack and Play, and a modern kitchen with gas range, convection oven, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, 2 drip coffee makers and Keurig coffee brewer, washer and dryer. Sleeper sofa in the den and foam fold out in the front porch for extra guests and kids sleepover. Bedrooms and den are air conditioned. Enjoy!

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% to make the reservation, remaining 50% plus security deposit 2 weeks in adv.
  • We will mail or email the lease form at receipt of 50% deposit. Signed lease form and remaining 50% plus $250 security deposit must be received 2 weeks before rental begins. We are pet friendly with $500 security deposit. After lease, rent and security deposit is received, a key code will be provided. Please place key in the lockbox on the back door after rental is over. Upon satisfactory property inspection and key retreived from the lockbox, security deposit will be returned. Personal check or money order is accepted for payments.   • During off peak times, we can offer different intervals other than weekly, and also different rates. Please ask with your requirements and we will respond with what we can offer. We can do single night rentals but the single night or 2 nights are the same total price as 3 nights, $375 minimum due to our costs to changeover between guests. Please consider us for long weekend getaways, conference accommodations, friend's reunion, and similar housing needs. We welcome your inquiries for off season rental needs. We can also connect you with short term rentals for baby needs, extra cots, coolers, etc to lighten your travels.

Bedrooms 1,2,3,4 are on second floor. Front porch contains a foldout foam mattress, perfect for kids sleepover. 4 box fans can be used throughout the houseand Dual window fan is provided for the kitchen All 4 bedrooms and den contain air conditioners House is centrally heated

We recommend using your own cell phone for calls. There are 2 microwaves, one in the kitchen and one in the back porch. There is a Keurig coffee brewing system as well as regular coffeemakers. All 4 bedrooms and the den are air conditioned using window units. A high chair and Pack and Play are provided. Baby cups and spoons are provided. There is a 'turtle' can be used as a wading pool or sandbox.
