My stay / visit @ Lois' condo in Sosua was fantastic! I find this cozy condo to be a great fit for a person or small family. I stayed at Lois' condo alone. This property has all the amenities - - stove, refrigrator, dishes, utensils, bedding, towels, sitting furniture, etc. I stayed at this condo in mid-July and found the weather to be quite pleasant (warm during the days and cool at nights). There was no need to use the air conditioner.
This property has de-attached laundry facilities (washing machines and
dryers) which made life more enjoyable. The rates were very reasonable ... about 25 pesos per washing or drying.
The only negative issue (and it's not the condo) is the noise from passing vehicles. At night, the noises diminish. Occasionally, a dog or two might bark.
I have given Lois my word that I look forward to my next visit to the RD and I intend to stay at her property again when visiting the northern coast (Sosua/Cabarete/Puerto Plata). A nice place to stay!

Owner's Response: Thanks for the positive comments. I agree, the traffic noise at times during the day can be bothersome. That's the time to use the pool or go to the beach!
