Walking distance to Camelback ski slopes and Camelbeach water park. Spacious 3 level townhouse features a cozy wood burning stove, 3 Dish TV with over 250 channels, Internet and computer, VCR, DVD player. Surround sound system. Parking lot level. The dining area has seating for 8 next to a full kitchen and a ½ bath all on the same floor. The outdoor deck has a gas grill and patio chairs. There are multiple bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 people. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with a queen bed, Dish TV and a full bathroom. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (1st has 2 sets of twin beds and a twin pull out. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with full futon bed and 2 twin, Dish TV), washer/dryer, and full bathroom also on this level. Living has a Sofa bed also a Sat TV, DVD/VCR and Foosball table. The Clubhouse has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis court (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball and weight room.

In the summertime, Camel beach water park is a few minutes drive. Whitewater rafting can be found at the Delaware Water Gap about 12 miles away, along with canoeing and kayaking. Mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, fishing and golfing are all found within a 15 mile radius. These activities make this a year-round destination, so don't limit yourself to just winter, come stay at our place during the other seasons too. Casino gambling has arrived in the Poconos, 15 minutes away.

This townhouse is extremely close to everything you need for a pocono vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Mikhail was always available and ready to help. The community is quiet and the people working there are friendly and helpful.

We rented this past weekend for the Nascar race, so much better than a hotel room!!! Plenty of space, washer/dryer and computer!! It is a shame though that the pool and stuff closes at 8pm..The area is beautiful...Would rent again when going out to the Poconos, If I skied I would go and rent from Mikhail, you walk out the door and the chair lift is very close!!

We stayed 3rd week of June ,weather was awful,condo was great.Kids swam in pool 5 days had it all to ourselves, indoor tennis+ BB court very helpful for teenage daughter+ friend.We had 8 stay, plenty of room .Grill worked wonderful , kitchen could use a few more supplies. Mikhail easy to work with.See u again. would be great for a ski outing

The house was exactly as described. Everyone was nice and Mikhail was more than helpful in making sure everything went well. The house was spotless and wonderfully spacious. The area is beautiful and has great security. There is plenty to do in the area and the pool is great! Rent This House. You won't regret it.
*Just a suggestion- make sure you absolutely trust everyone with whom you are renting any house with; one person can cause problems for everyone.

Mikhail's house was wonderful! I am a youth pastor and our group stayed there with absolutely no problems. If you love to ski/snowboard this is the house for you. A literal 4 minute walk to the slopes and you are ready to go. During our stay we got an additional 4 inches of snow which made riding great! I hope you will please use this house for your next trip. Again, Mikhail the owner was very accommodating and helpful, we could not have asked for a better stay! I hope you all have as much fun as we did!
