The beautiful, newly constructed Belmont Towers building is located on the Boardwalk and Ocean Front. WE offer full week or mini week(Fri - Mon or Mon - Fri) Our scenic 6th story condo offers Ocean and Bay views from the huge patio. From the living room you can watch a breath taking sunset through the huge 6 piece bay windows. This is a CORNER UNIT that allows guests to stand in one spot to view the Beach and Bay. New furniture, Granite counter tops, stainless steel, Jacuzzi tub, 4 Flat Panel TV's w/DVD's(2 Sony 40'), Custom Surround Sound System, IPOD docking station, Wireless Internet, rocking central AC, and two parking spaces next to the elevator. Our common areas have a roof top pool/sundeck, putting green, and a view of Assateague Island. Wonderful Stay

I don't know where to begin. My family and I had the best time staying in this condo. It was convientent to EVERYTHING! The age range was from 3 to 40 and there was something to do for each one of us. The restruants and bars where in walking distance; the marina's are 3 blocks down convient for all water activities; parasailing, waverunners, boat rentals and much more.
The boardwalk is safe and convient for the teenagers and the rides and games for the younger ones are so close we were able to space out the amount of time spent through out the week. The beach also has playsets for the kids every couple of streets (one right in front of this building).
The Condo was very clean and spacious. You would think being right on the boardwalk it would be noisy but with the sound proof walls you didn't hear anything. Having 2 1/2 baths was great too! The entertainment system came in handy.
The only complaint I would have is that my stay was too short! I will be defiantly renting again next year.

We had a wonderful time, enjoying the 180 degree view of the beach and bay from the condo and the excellent location. The condo condition is also excellent (very clean and beautiful)

My husband and I and another couple stayed at Belmont Towers for the first time this summer we cant say enough about It! We had a wonderful vacation,the condo was clean everything we needed was at our finger tips everything was up scale the extra bathrooms were a big plus and we all had our own bedroom we found this to be a huge plus the view Is one like no other the sunsets were amazing. The staff at Coldwell Banker couldnt have been nicer we had never done this before and she took the time to talk with me and answer all our question she was great! I did try to get this condo again for a fall trip for my husband and I but It was not available we did get another condo and that was great as well. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone,great location I have never slept this good away from home before, the beds are great! If your thinking about It dont even give It a second thought you will not be disappointed! We just hope we can book It for next summer and stay a week next time. It worth every penny!!!
