Welcome to Your Laguna Beach Getaway. Featuring a historic beach cottage about 560 steps from the famous Brooks Street Beach and less than one mile south of towncenter, you can walk there on the beach. Our house sits on a large lot with plenty of off street parking and a lush, very private backyard, completely fenced for your dog. The cottage is within walking distance of anything you will need or you can take the handy, shuttle which stops at the end of our street and will take you all over Laguna Beach for free. We have a full kitchen with brand new appliances,a new washer and dryer and our quaint bathroom features a rain making shower which falls into a deep claw foot tub, with endless hot water. If you want to relax, our Laguna Beach cottage is the getaway you will remember. My name is Phil, call me.

The cottage is very comfortable and is convenient to everything in town. We walked down to the beach every day and evening. Neighborhood is quiet and we even joined in the Brooks Street 4th of July parade. Was great fun for our grandson. This is a great cottage with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Backyard is great for dog and kids AND adults wanting some quiet and an evening cocktail. We'll be back as soon as we can get away from the heat here in Arizona.

Perfect for couples or small family

We stayed for a week and it was great. We could walk nearly everywhere. The beach at Cress is perfect. The breakfasts at Hiedlebergs were amazing and the food at the Casa de la Camina were fabulous. The neighbors were nice and quiet. The cottage was great too. Perfect for a couple or a small family...a group that doesn't mind sharing one bathroom. Open the windows and door and the place was cool in ten minutes. The front yard is amazing. My dog just had surgery and loved lounging out there. It was perfect therapy for all of us!

Great Get Away!

We really enjoyed our Easter Weekend get away at "the Cottage". The whole family, 3 daughters (late teens) and our golden retriever went and we loved walking down the street, getting coffee at the corner and on to Cress Beach.
This time of year the dogs can play on the beach, and Murphy met lots of new friends! Also, the walk to Main Beach is really fun along the beach and there are restaurants over looking the ocean where you can sit outside and eat. (even w/ your dog) Cottage was especially cute during our stay with roses and bird of paradise at the front. We will be back!

Perfect beach getaway

This cottage is perfectly located, just a couple of blocks, short walk to a very nice beach. Main beach is only a 2 to 3 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is a sweet private tropical retreat. The cottage is comfortable and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Many nice restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store, Trader Joe's, and a Whole Foods, yet still has a "small town" feel.

This is a great cottage in a wonderful beach town, we highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Really enjoyed our stay at your place. It was very clean and convenient to everything. Your son was very helpful telling us about the different restaurants and the shuttle that was available. I'm glad he mentioned the art festivals that were going on or we wouldn't have known about them. The beach was just down the street and the beach chairs and surfboards were a nice plus. Your back yard was just wonderful, we ate all our breakfasts and a few dinners out there and enjoyed the cool breezes.
