Tree filled area in Ozark Acres 8 miles from the historic town of Hardy, Ar which offers all kinds of shopping, crafts, antiques, unique furniture, home decorations, and restaurants, all filling the old downtown shops and hotel. The beautiful Spring River shore back up to the Main St. of Hardy following the town and is a favorite with canoeist. The Spring River is known for its beauty as well as exceptional fishing. The cabin does not sit on the Spring River, but a short 8 mile drive into Hardy gives you access to several canoe and kayak rental business as well as The Spring River..

My mom and dad spent the day Friday with us we sat on the porch and played cards all day. My parents thought your cabin was so cute they loved it. Birthday Celebration with my Family

In July of 2008, I celebrated my birthday with my family in this wonderful cabin. The moment I walked through the door of the cabin, I felt welcomed and at home. The cabin was surrounded by trees so even the end of July didn't seem hot. The air was refreshing and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the late evening having quality family time without tv and video games. The cabin had movies to watch but we enjoyed each other instead. My family enjoyed fishing in the river nearby, driving a short drive to Spring River and having a picnic at the cabin. The cabin was a home away from home without packing your own house to take with you. It had everything you needed. I plan to return soon and RELAX. The owner of the cabin was very professional while making the reservations and was only a phone call away if we needed her. She was wonderful. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who needs to get away for a relaxing time without having to stress about packing everything to take with you because the cabin was fully equipped with lots of room and very comfortable beds.

Had to come back

Hey Marsha! Just wanted you to know how much fun we had once again at the cabin. It was approximately 4-weeks ago when we were ther last. Were already planning another trip back. As your other reviews state. The cabin is fully equipped from head to toe. All we had to buy was meat and some fruit since the ref. was already full of everything else we needed. The gas grill made things even better. We couldn't have asked for more. We went down to the lake and fished and attended the 4-of-July celebration and it was very well organized. Unlike when we were younger, we now love the serenty and peace we get when we stay at your cabin. All the people we met were polite and every heplpful. Thanks for treating us like family instead of just a business deal. I think we are going to bring the grandchildren with us next time since you have the cabin set up fro not only adults bu little ones too. Once again thanks and you'll be hearing from us soon. how more pleasant could it have been.....

Ms Marsha, your cabin was a real surprise. I expected a home with less warmed and less feeling of a home of a friend. The decor was peaceful and well done. The arrival at the cabin, gave me a feeling of coming home to a place I has never been. Perfect. weather really put the whipped topping on the weekend. The town of Hardy was fun with live entertainment a place to just sit and have coffee and watch all the people. It as like visiting a town of the past in the ozarks....I quess it was in the ozarks....:). We enjoyed the flea markets, the restaurants downtown, and life banjo player player on the town square. Thanks again. We will see you again next year. Love sitting on the swing on the front porch, I felt I was staying in a tree house...thanks. again. Barbara

Loved this comfortable rustic cabin

Very cozy and cute. Just the right size. Very quiet and peaceful. Great for getting back to nature and relieving stress. It's location is close to the quaint town of Hardy, Arkansas where we enjoyed visiting all the antique stores and the ice cream parlor. Would make a good writer's or artist's retreat. We painted small wooden canoes during our visit.
