Accommodation - Lounge with 3 seater sofa, 2 easy chairs, dining table, TV, DVD, Digital Satellite and Radio Cassette. The Kitchen is equipped to a high standard for your comfort, Fridge, Electric Oven, 4 Ring Gas Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Toaster and Kettle. Both Bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. The private swimming pool is heated year round and is situated at the rear of the property. The patio area offers patio table and chairs, sun loungers and mattresses, there is also an additional side terrace again equipped with patio furniture. The front of the property with views of the ocean is again equipped with patio furniture and overlooks the garden area.

Notes to the rental rates

• Minimum rental is one week and prices are based on a weekly basis.
  Please be advised that the property is available to clients from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on day of departure, this is to allow appropriate cleaning and correct preparation for next incoming clients.
  Provisional bookings can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. However, please be advised that written confirmation of bookings will only be issued upon receipt and clearance of deposit payment. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation by the client. One third of the total cost of the rental is payable as deposit and the remaining balance of 2 thirds is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
  Please be advised that the cost of the reservation is payable in FULL on bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. Should for any reason the balance not be received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
  
• CANCELLATION by the client. Cancellation charges will be levied as follows: 8 weeks prior to departure - Loss of deposit. 6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of holiday cost. 4-6 weeks prior to departure - 80% of holiday cost. Less that 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of holiday cost.
  CANCELLATION by the agent. Our liability is limited to the availability of the accommodation for the actual dates booked and confirmed. In the unlikely event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, floods etc), every effort will be made to find suitable alternative accommodation, if this is not possible, then the full amount that has been paid will be refunded.
  Please note that we do not accept responsibility for aspects of your holiday that are out of our control - threats of war, terrorist activities, government action, technical problems/delays with air-craft etc.

The swimming pool

The swimming pool is electrically heated to a comfortable temperature for year round comfort. A brand new top of the range titanium heat pump has recently been installed to ensure the perfect temperature, the water is therefore wonderful and feels luxurious. Ideal for the kids whatever the weather! The pool measures approx 3 x 7 mts and has a depth of 1.4mts, please note that children should be attended at all times whilst the swimming pool is in use. In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night). The rear patio/pool area can be lit during the evening/night enabling you to utilise the portable BBQ which is provided for those ideal lazy summer evenings. This is what holidays are all about!!

Lanzarote

Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North Coast of Africa making it an all year round destination. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the island, to the golden sandy beaches of the south whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Although car hire is not essential, it is recommended to see the many different attractions of Lanzarote. Should you wish to hire a car during your visit to Lanzarote, please remember to bring your driving licence with you. The average cost of car hire is between 90 - 100 pounds sterling per week.
