Privately Owned, Villa Alfresco is situated in a peaceful residential area with views of the ocean, this property is centrally located and is a 2 minute walk from the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Accommodation - Lounge with 3 seater sofa, 2 easy chairs, dining table, TV, DVD, Digital Satellite and Radio Cassette. The Kitchen is equipped to a high standard for your comfort, Fridge, Electric Oven, 4 Ring Gas Hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Toaster and Kettle. Both Bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. The private swimming pool is heated year round and is situated at the rear of the property. The patio area offers patio table and chairs, sun loungers and mattresses. The front of the property affords views of the ocean and again is equipped with patio furniture and overlooks the garden area.

Whether you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing time or a holiday full of activity, Puerto Del Carmen offers a wide variety of activities and interests to satisfy all requirements. Puerto Del Carmen has been developed into a beautiful and vibrant resort and affords six kilometres of promenade lined with palm tress and sandy beaches. The 'Old Town' of Puerto Del Carmen is only a short distance away and offers an abundance of local fish restaurants as well as beautiful views to Fuerteventura. Getting out and about is really quite simple, taxis and car hire are always readily available and inexpensive compared to the UK, as is the local bus service between the main towns.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum rental is one week and prices are based on a weekly basis.
    Please be advised that the property is available to clients from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on day of departure, this is to allow appropriate cleaning and correct preparation for next incoming clients.
    Provisional bookings can be made by phone, fax or e-mail. However, please be advised that written confirmation of bookings will only be issued upon receipt and clearance of deposit payment. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation by the client. One third of the total cost of the rental is payable as deposit and the remaining balance of 2 thirds is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
    Please be advised that the cost of the reservation is payable in FULL on bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. Should for any reason the balance not be received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
  • CANCELLATION by the client. Cancellation charges will be levied as follows: 8 weeks prior to departure - Loss of deposit. 6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of holiday cost. 4-6 weeks prior to departure - 80% of holiday cost. Less that 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of holiday cost.
    CANCELLATION by the agent. Our liability is limited to the availability of the accommodation for the actual dates booked and confirmed. In the unlikely event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, floods etc), every effort will be made to find suitable alternative accommodation, if this is not possible, then the full amount that has been paid will be refunded.

    Please note that we do not accept responsibility for aspects of your holiday that are out of our control - threats of war, terrorist activities, government action, technical problems/delays with air-craft etc.

Notes: For safety reasons and added security, the bungalow offers an 'in floor set' safe which is free of charge.. There is also a iron, ironing board and hairdryer available. For added comfort, a ceiling fan has been installed in the living/dining area. Additional desk top fans are available for hire (if required) along with highchairs, pushchairs and cots etc. For your convenience, this can be arranged before your arrival (please advise at time of booking) from a local company. For your safety and peace of mind, all 'opening' windows have been fitted with security grills, the two bedroom windows also have mosquito nets fitted for extra comfort.

The swimming pool: The swimming pool is electrically heated to a comfortable temperature for year round comfort. A brand new top of the range titanium heat pump has recently been installed to ensure the perfect temperature, the water is therefore wonderful and feels luxurious. Ideal for the kids whatever the weather! The pool measures approx 3 x 7 mt and has a depth of 1.4mts, please note that children should be attended at all times whilst the swimming pool is in use. In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night). The rear patio/pool area can be lit during the evenings for your safety and comfort.

Lanzarote: Lanzarote lies approximately 60 miles off the North Coast of Africa making it an all year round destination. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the island, to the golden sandy beaches of the south whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Although car hire is not essential, it is recommended to see the many different attractions of Lanzarote. Should you wish to hire a car during your visit to Lanzarote, please remember to bring your driving licence with you. The average cost of car hire is between 90 - 100 pounds sterling per week.

We had a great time staying in the villa which is in a nice quiet location but within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants etc and a short taxi journey from the airport. The villa was well furnished with good facilities and the owners were great to deal with from when we made the booking until our stay was over. We would be more than happy to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to others.

The villa was 1st class, great location, clean and well maintained, with all the facilities that you need. All contact with the owner was informative and very helpful. We will certainly be returning and wouldn't hestitate to recommend the property to others.
