Located within walking distance from Seminyak Beach and just on the border of the town of Cangu. This two bedroom villa is a privately enclosed, just finished, luxury villa with private salt water swimming pool, full outdoor kitchen, dining and living area. Each bedroom has a very new and comfortable king size bed, its own private marble and granite bathroom, and spacious dressing area. Bedroom and dressing areas are air conditioned. The villa also includes satellite television, with new color TV and stereo, and the entire property has high speed wireless. We are fully staffed, provide daily maid service and have 24 hour security. We also offer airport pickup.

We stayed here in April 2009 and really enjoyed ourselves. We loved the pool! It is a really unique design and deep so we spent a lot of time playing in the pool. If you had young kids there is no shallow end but if you have kids who can swim then it would be fine.
We were able to easily able to get a taxi for a quick and cheap ride down to Kudeta, La Luccioloa's, etc. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk.
If you are looking for reasonably priced accomodation in a quiet part of Seminyak then please consider this property. We would stay here again.

My husband and I had 3 weeks at Latitude 8 in the one bedroom villa in October/November 2008. We have already emailed Jon as to the availabilty of the two bedroom villa. My sister and her daughter fell in love with our phots and have booked to come with us in March/April 2009. We found the staff friendly and obliging. Would definately recommend the villa to anyone. The villas are about a AU$4.00 taxi ride into Kuta and walking distance to some very good restaurants, especially marina (near villa Semaya).
