Perfect for URI Students for ACADEMIC YEAR 2009-10. Has been rented every year to Grad Students preferred. Enjoy the Southern Tip of Rhode Island in Narragansett on Great Island. Walk to lobster boats, village of Galilee, Block Island Ferry, dinners and beautiful family beaches. A clean and comfortable home with all amenities and a huge yard (double lot) with parking lot. Enjoy evenings on the patio grilling, sipping wine and relaxing. Quiet road, convenient to famous Scarborough Beach(2 miles), Salty Brine Beach (family - walk) and Roger Wheeler State Beach (1 mile). Great restaurants and no waiting in Narragansett, shopping and don't miss walking the wall, having a Del's or ice cream on a stroll. Visit the lighthouse at Point Judith and walk onto the jetty to see the sun set over the water. Golf, casinos and outlets nearby. World famous Newport, RI just 25 minutes away..visit the mansions and sailing capital of the world. Tennis Hall of Fame, also.

Notes: Full basement has laundry and foosball. Basement not for living space, though, just laundry. Has very large yard and plenty of parking. Quiet and safe area.

Clean and Comfortable: House is kept very clean and comfortable. One rental agent called it her 'best house in Narragansett'. Many attractions and local sights to see including fishing village of Galilee. Nearby coffee and convenience store for morning walk/coffee. Many return visitors year after year is the best endorsement.
