Photos and Description of this Morro Bay holiday house 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, sleeps 10

3 bedroom 2.5 bath ocean view house that I call Harbor View Heights. Walk to beach, golf, parks, tennis, bank, gift shops, antique shops, restaurants, It is a great place for bird watchers, and cyclists, Wild turkeys and deer wander over the nearby public golf course. Sea birds, pelicans and egrets fly by in early dawn and dusk, the house has wireless Internet access, house gas barbecue hot tub and two one person kayaks that can be launched 3 blocks away or if they fit in your vehicle they may go else where. There is a fireplace for cool mornings. The 2 car garage is an easy access. We are pet friendly with a small yard or you might call it a large pen for your pet. The kitchen welcomes large appetites using big pots and pans. If you sit at the dining room table you may see sailboats, fishing, boats and tour boats as they enter and leave the mouth of the harbor. A queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in one bedroom and a 3 person bunk bed.

This vacation rental is 3 blocks to Morro Bay Harbor, close to Hearst Castle, and wineries. Tennis courts and public golf course with in walking distance. Wild turkeys and deer wonder about. Sea birds and land birds make their home here. Sea otters swim in the harbor. Biking is enjoyed. I furnish 2 one person KAYAKS There is 3 miles of surf and sand to enjoy. There is a beach nearby where dogs may be off leash. .

We had a wonderful time in Morro. Once arriving at our rental, we were greeted by the owner of the property and shown where everything was and instructed on how use items in the home as well as all our questions about the town were answered. Jean was kind and very helpful. The home was clean and the perfect fit for ten. The home is located in a perfect spot for those who want access to the town, the shops, farmers market, restaurants, and coffee! It is just a few minutes drive to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return to this home in the future.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Top of the line Affordable family rental

We had a wonderful time at this Morro Bay rental. There were 6 adults and 2 small children and it was the perfect fit. This property had everything we could ask for. It was one of the very few properties that was in our price range that included a hot tub. Very affordable for the great location. The property was cozy and bright with lots of windows looking out at Morro Rock. And the farmers market was a nice treat, within walking distance we found a lot of unique souvenirs. We'll definitely be back. Jean was very helpful and accommodating. We hope to make this an annual event.
