'The Cozy Corner' is a wonderful vacation getaway with 2 separate dwellings on one property! Perfect for two families or couples traveling together; basically two houses under one roof! Newly renovated brick cottage (1 bedroom) with attached modular ranch style house (2 bedroom). Location in a country village just located outside Hershey proper. Just under 1 mile from Hershey Park, Spa and Gardens, AACA Antique Auto Museum. Hershey outlet malls 3 miles. Hour from Gettysburg and Adamstown, PA. 9 miles from Harrisburg (Civil War Museum), over 12 surrounding golf courses with 3 less than 5 miles. Lancaster County Dutch Country and Lancaster outlet mall only 35 miles away. Renaissance Fair 12 miles. Penn National Race Track and The Hollywood Casino is only 9 miles away: Harrisburg Farm Show building approx. 9 miles away. Very Close to all major highways and PA turnpike. Off street parking with private wooded backyard patio area for a family cookout, Glass/ screened sun room also!

Notes: The full house is over 1200 square feet but is divided between a brick one bedroom, one bathroom country cottage (approx. 600 square feet). Connected is a two bedroom modular ranch house with one bathroom, this portion of the house is approx. 675 square feet. Both sections of the house have separate kitchen facilities (stove, oven, microwaves and refrigerators) When renting you are getting both sections of the house (cottage & modular section). Only the ranch modular section of the house has laundry machines. A great property for two families or family with in-laws traveling together who would like additional privacy. Also attached is a screen/window enclosed Florida sun-room that could be used for a family cookout should the weather turn bad. The backyard is small but very private for family gathering and cookouts. Large two auto car port on the front of cottage and property to protect your cars from the hot sun. Pack & Play crib and high chair are available on request.

2 Houses under one roof!: The property has two separate dwellings connected by a roof walkway. The perfect lodging accommodation for two separate families traveling together for more privacy. Both the brick country cottage and the modular ranch have their own kitchen facilities and are outfitted to cook independent of each other. Both also have their own bathrooms. The cottage is a lovely single bedroom with a double bed and full sized sleeper sofa. This part of the house will easily sleep four. The cottage also has a propane gas fireplace; great for fall and winter getaways. The ranch modular section has the washer and dryer for doing laundry. We had two families rent the Cozy Corner and the ad is exactly as described. It was great to separate families that have different likes.
The Cozy Corner is a clean and convenient to attractions and shopping.
We will definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting PA. We will come back for sure!

We recently rented the cozy cottage for a week with our 4 kids and we had a great time. The place was clean and neat and had everything you would need away from home. Shopping and the park are very close by , as well as resturantes. Brant and his crew were great and helped us with any and all questions we had. We have already discussed coming back again nex yr. I would suggest this rental property to everyone.

We had 2 families of four stay at this property. It was very nice. Description was accurate. My famiy and I had a great time. You are minutes from Hershey park. It was nice to be able to go back to the house and have lunch. The sun room was wonderful we sat it every night. The property was well maintained and VERY clean. My family also visited Gettyburg and the Crayola factory both were a little over an hour away. All in all we had a great time staying at the Cozy Corner.
