Small but happy

This is a small flat but it does exactly what it says on the tin! The flat was clean and cosy and we enjoyed our stay there. It was near to the subway (4/5 minute walk) and pretty convenient for shops/restaurants. The bathroom was small but was quite well kept. The owner was pleasant and helpful. Good place to be if you want to be slightly outside of central manhattan but still very near to it - just 10 mins or so on the subway. The one major drawback was the block itself - very grotty and slightly creepy, but once inside the flat can be forgotten. Generally happy with the stay, pretty good value for money and would recommend to others

My boyfriend and I stayed here this month and really enjoyed the location. Most of all, we were happy that even though the space was small, it was very well kept and very clean. Its location was very convenient to the subway, supermarket and lots of restaurants. We were also walking distance to Chelsea Market which was nice, too. Danny was very nice and greeted us right when we got to the apartment. When we go back to New York, we will definitely try to stay here again!
