We invite you to come enjoy our 3-bedroom condo on Sanibel Island. As of Nov 09: Master suite has been completely renovated and impeccably decorated with new furniture, bath tile and fixtures. The enitre condo has been updated with new carpets and molding, new living room furniture, ceiling fans, and tropical decor. Blind Pass Condos are located on the tranquil part of the island, tucked between Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge and the quiet island of Captiva. Just a short walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds and over the bayou bridge gives you access to Bowman’s Beach. This three and a half mile, unspoiled, pristine white sand beach is famous for its shelling, swimming and beautiful sunsets. The resort itself offers many amenities: an oversize heated pool, clubhouse, championship tennis courts, and outdoor BBQ grills. To view wildlife up close and personal, kayaks and canoes are available to Blind Pass guests for use on the bayou.

This condo is your “Home away from Home”. Our conveniently located condo is a spacious ground-floor unit with a light and airy Florida style décor. The updated kitchen has generous counter-space and is fully equipped. The open and over-sized living and dining area is the perfect gathering place for meals and socializing. Open the sliding door to the furnished screened-in porch to enjoy the afternoon island breeze. The master suite has new furniture with a quality king mattress and full bath, located on one side of the condo, while the two guest bedrooms and full bath are located on the opposite side. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and bedroom #3 has a queen as well as a twin trundle. The living room couch is also a sleeper sofa. In addition to a full washer and dryer with clean, white sheets and towels from our linen service, we have provided beach chairs, toys and umbrellas, conveniently located in the hall closet. Wireless access in the Clubhouse.

Other Activities: Shelling, bird-watching, canoeing, kayaking, shopping and dining.

A great place with plenty of room for game playing, reading, relaxing on the screen porch. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool and well maintained grounds. Covered garage for one car. Lots of beach toys and chairs. Five minute walk to great shelling beaches. At north end of Sanibel, near Captiva, and a 10 minute drive to most restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes to the causeway or more if traffic is heavy on the two-lane main road.
The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of linens.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children
