Picture yourself having your morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up and the dolphins playing in the Atlantic. After a day of sunbathing & swimming, you can retire to the master bedroom balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets. FIRST FLOOR: This two story (eighth and ninth floors) penthouse in The Oceana is ocean front. It has a 24 foot by eight foot open balcony overlooking the beach. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and 22 feet of glass looking out on the balcony, with two sofa beds, color TV, VCR, DVD, and Stereo.There is a kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bedroom with two double beds and a full bath. SECOND FLOOR: The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, color TV, VCR, bathroom with large shower. There is glass sliding doors opening to a small balcony overlooking the bay. This is a large Condo with a large living room and master bedroom. We work hard to keep it in tip top shape. WE RENT TO PEOPLE 25 YEARS OLD AND OLDER ONLY!!!!!

This condo is wonderful. It is very clean and beautifully furnished. We watched a lovely sunrise over the ocean while sipping cappuccino on the balcony. The kitchen had every thing I needed to make several dinners during our stay. The owner provided good customer service and I have recommended this property to my friends.

The accomodations were lovely I am totaly hooked on this place, this is now going to be my official vacation spot when I come to Ocean City. Speaking of which I'll be back in two months .(Can't wait)

This Ocean City condo is our favorite place to go. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean just below your own terrace. We love to watch the sun come up over the ocean and then enjoy the sunset over the bay from the balcony outside the master suite.

This It is a great vacation spot.

It is a pleasure to stay at the condo, as it is always spotless and well maintained. It includes all the comforts of home plus a fabulous view of the beach. It's a delight to be right on the beach for walking, swimming, fishing, etc.

We have stayed at this condo many times and love it! It is so wonderful to wake up in the morning and see the beach--just exactly what you are there for. The condo is very comfortable and clean. It has everything you would need--kitchen is ready for eating in but there are great restaurants within walking distance. It is so easy to get to the beach quick or hang out on the patio and enjoy the ocean for breakfast or in the evening--very beautiful.
