Newly furnished and decorated, (3) three bedroom, (2) bath Home in beautiful Ormond By The Sea. Located 13 miles north of World Famous Daytona Beach. Stay in a cute, quiet tropical setting in quaint OBS. To enjoy the ocean, a 2 minute walk to the private no drive beach, Or ride a bike if you like, we have 4 or 5 for your use. The home features the most comfortable living room I've ever seen with plush seating for 7 with a cocktail table that doubles as game table for 4 or use to kick back and put your feet up and watch the 42' LCD in front of the beautiful stone fireplace. The den features a 35' screen with Wii system and games for all ages and most comfortable pull out I've ever slept on. (it's an airbed that inflates in 25 seconds). Bedrooms all fully appointed with new pillow top mattresses. New kitchen with separate ice maker that makes ice every 6 minutes. Adjacent to dining room overlooking lush tropical foliage with windows on 3 sides. Large driveway for trailers of all sizes.

Well, let me tell you this is one awesome area. There is something for everyone. Long bike paths by the ocean for that morning walk. Peace and quiet when you want it. Super Nite life in Daytona that'll wear you out. Quaint Old St. Augustine For shopping ,dining and strolling. Huge Outlets 30 minutes away.4 World Class golf courses within 20 miles. The most beautiful Scenic Routes. Just Like Old Florida. Not too many places left like it. A1A by the ocean. The Brand New Poker room by the speedway with Tournaments almost every day, and OTB from every track in America. Not to mention all the speedway attractions , Destination Daytona. one of the largest flea markets anywhere and on Monday you just go chill on the private beach and have a Cold Beer and amaze at it all. Tomoka state park out your back door. Snack Jack's High Tide Bar and grill over the ocean close-by(great local hangout) Man, what are you waiting for. Call me NOW!! you'll be glad you did!!

A beautiful drive down John Anderson Dr. right next door is scenic and historic. Drive to John D. Rockefeller's First vacation home. It's a 5 minute drive along the Halifax river. Oh, yeah. You can stay in the same place one of the richest people of all time came to chill out and get away from it all. He Came to ORMOND BEACH!!!!! The Birthplace of speed. Opened a hotel and all his friends came to visit. PETS OK

This home IS a home away from home! Not only was the home very comfortable to stay at, the location is great. Beach is 3 blocks away and bay is one block.The beaches are so private and so many shells to collect ! The ghost crabs are fun to watch also.The kitchen had everything you needed, even a cheese grater ( I do not even own one).You have ready available cable, Wii, screened in porch, board games, phone, bikes, beach chairs, grill, and a laundry room. I am so ready to go back !!! PS love the wicker lounge chair :)))
