Welcome to 1 West 53rd Street in beautiful Brant Beach, New Jersey. Our house is on a quiet dead end bay block and only 8 houses to the ocean. Amenities in the unit include: air-conditioning, two TV’s with DVD players, backyard with BBQ and wireless internet access. Numerous restaurants are nearby and a few are within walking distance. There are many places to shop, play mini-golf, rent boats, kayaks or bicycles, go crab fishing in the bay, charter fishing out of Barnegat Light and surf fishing on the beach. The island has an amusement park complete with rides, games, an arcade, and water park too! In the heart of Beach Haven is the Surflight Theater and the Showplace Ice-Cream Parlor. Also, within walking distance from our home is St. Francis Church. They have a beautiful indoor & outdoor pool that can be used for a fee. We hope you enjoy your time at the Shore.

    1. Please no pets
    2. Smoking is prohibited in the house or on the decks.
    3. Apologies, but we cannot accept rentals for parties under the age of 25.
    Deposit of the first half will hold the reservation, balance plus $500 security deposit is due at least thirty (30) days before check in.
    Check in is after 2PM on Saturday.
    Check out is before 11AM on Saturday.
    Additional weeks and off season weekends are available for special pricing - please call to inquire about pricing and availability.

Daddy-O-a great atmosphere makes this place feel like you are in NYC Black Whale-located in the heart of Beach Haven this place has great seafood Octopus Garden-located on the mainland this place has great special and a warm ambiance Sco-jo’s-great breakfasts Skipper Dipper-I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice-cream! Plantain-located in Harvey Cedars this place is like a Caribbean getaway Panzone’s-great pizza and another Italian dishes located right next to Fantasy Island If there aren’t enough restaurants on the island to satisfy your needs then jump on the parkway and head to Atlantic City or head to the bay and take a boat! It’s only forty minutes away!

Duplex: Our home is a duplex. We do not rent out the second floor, my husband and I use the unit. We are die hard beach lovers who like to relax and enjoy the summer and all it brings! The first floor unit is for rent. Many people have concerns in renting duplex homes because they don't know who is going to be sharing the property. We encourage families to rent our home. We don't treat our house as a 'party spot', however, we love sharing our love for LBI with people who love it too. Hope to see you at the Shore, if not please enjoy the summer.

We had a terrific time during our visit to LBI. The location of the property enabled us to view the sunrise and sunset every day with minimal walking. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the owner provided a list of recommendations that was extremely helpful to folks who are unfamiliar with the area. The facility itself is not ultra modern, but clean and perfectly functional. The hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances were a plus. There is ample parking and anything you need you can find within 10-15 minutes. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I would consider this property for future visits to LBI
