CALL NOW for these specials! Tidewater features a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a fitness center facing the Gulf, a sauna, and a grilling area. We offer a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit which, of course, has a direct Gulf Front 180 degree view. This third floor unit has the feel of an elegant Caribbean beach cottage. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper. An added extra is a bunk area with 2 bunk beds perfect for the children. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. Tidewater Condominiums are located in the heart of Orange Beach just minutes from Gulf Shores and Perdido Key. It is located 1/2 mile from the Flora-Bama Bridge where fishing is excellent. There are great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Also close by are marinas (across the street), exceptional golf courses, fishing, and of course fantastic shopping. This condo will truly make a wonderful vacation destination for a family or a romantic get-away for a couple. During the summer, from the balcony, watching the moon come up over the Gulf is breathtaking. During the fall and winter, the sunrises and sunsets will take your breath away. Coffee on the balcony at 7:00 AM makes the trip worthwhile. You will never forget the sight. Largest marina in Orange Beach and three eateries across the street on Cotton Bayou.

New updates: The balcony has been tiled. New granite counter top with undermount sink, new decorative mirror and new haligen light fixture in the bathroom. There is also new bedroom furniture in the bedroom.

We recently stayed at this condo from Aug 2nd-7th 2009 and it is a cozy and comfortable condo with a wonderful view. Everything you need is furnished and well maintained. Beautiful view from the balcony of sunsets and sunrises over the water. We will definetly be back next year.

We had a great week in your condo. The decor was wonderful, and it was very clean. My daughter enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk, and swimming in the pool
almost continually. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every
morning, what a great view! The chairs on the balcony
and the king pillow top mattress were very comfortable.
I highly recommend this condo, you will not be disapointed. Stephanie

This condo at tidewater was more than my husband and I expected. The location, the view of the beach, and the decor was all perfect! The owners seem more like friends than owners. A wonderful place to stay!!!

What a wonderful retreat! My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It is very quiet, well maintained, and the owners are extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway.

We had a great time during our stay in Tidewater 303. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. The picture really doesn't do it justice.

All units of the Tidewater have a wonderful view of the Gulf from the balcony. The common areas of the property are well-maintained and the equipment in the exercise room has been recently upgraded. A notice posted on the property said that the spa and indoor pool would be closed for maintenance the week of 10-20-08.

The security on this property is excellent as well with a gated parking lot. Note: When entering the code to open the gate, press hard!

The owner is easy to work with and is very helpful.

This is a great place to stay.
