This is a beautifully constructed cottage, built in 2006. It's located on a country road along the Ox Mountains in Co. Sligo, West of Ireland. The kitchen and living area is one large room with a high wood-lined ceiling. The drive-in garage is attached to the house and equipped with automatic door openers. There is an amazing view of cnoc na shi (Hill of the Faries) through the front picture window. A small stream is concealed in the woods, just off the conservatory, where you can escape in solitude. This location is 2 miles from the closest village Cloonacool, 6 miles from the closest town Tubbercurry, 20 miles from Sligo city and 15 miles from the closest ocean beach. The property is adjacent to working dairy/sheep farm. All the modern conveniences are available with the exception of TV and Internet. Internet access is available at the local library.

The nearby Michael Coleman Irish Music Centre provides an introduction to the South Sligo style of Irish traditional music popularized by the legend Coleman. You can always end your day with a pint of Guinness at a local pub and listen to some of the world's best trad musicians.
