Off the main level courtyard you will find what the home's architect describes as a 'village of rooms'. Kiwi Cliff's main house faces north/east and allows for expansive views from every room, from the octagon shaped great room - filled with wall to wall windows, to the upstairs master bedroom and downstairs 4th bedroom. The elegantly furnished great room occupies most of the downstairs level and is open to both the dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Granite counter-tops, cherry cabinetry, brand new stainless appliances and Italian travertine tile will engulf you with the elegance and comfort you deserve while on vacation.
Adjacent to the great room on the main level is the den/4th bedroom. Comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper, LCD TV and over sized lounge chair, this room has a private door to the 'Captain's Deck'. Lounge in the sun while watching the waves crash below or simply enjoy the fresh Atlantic breeze and down island views, total relaxation is yours.
In the second story of the main home you will find the 1st of two master bedrooms. The upstairs master also has a wall of glass facing the endless eastern sky. Finely decorated with a king sized bed, this room features a walk-in closet, elegant writing desk and workspace along with a private, full bath with shower.
From the main house, and across the courtyard to the western side, we have the lower master and 3rd bedroom. These two rooms are full separated and surround the upper deck. The 2nd master bedroom has king sized bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with tub and shower. Facing Hans Lollick, the dramatic postcard view will never get old. The 3rd bedroom is nicely furnished with a cherry queen bed set and offers privacy towards the front of the property. With an adjoining bathroom with shower, the room has all the creature comforts you require.
Finally, with over 2500 square feet of outdoor living space each person can find their special area for a little R&R. The main level deck adjoins the great room and provides alfresco dining in the sheltered courtyard. Follow the 'Captain's Walk' deck around the front of the great room and experience the feeling of being on the bow of a ship. Watch as pelicans gracefully glide within the air currents while you take in all the power and wonder of the waves crashing below.
One flight down below the main deck is the 'Spa Level' deck. Here you will find a 5 person hot tub, perfect for watching the stars over the Atlantic at night. Adjoining the hot tub area is a built in sheltered seating area, for those interested in reading a good book.
And finally, encompassing a large 33 feet long pool with 'infinity edge', the lower level deck beckons to those who worship sun and water. With plenty of seating and lounge chairs, the pool deck is bound to to be a popular location for guests.

For golfers, the thrill of a lifetime awaits at Mahogany Run Golf Course on the island of St. Thomas in the beautiful United States Virgin Islands.
This 6,022-yard, par-70 course, designed by George and Tom Fazio, offers 18 of the most beautiful holes in the Caribbean, culminating in the spectacular “Devil’s Triangle,” the world renowned Signature trio of the 13th, 14th and 15th holes on the Atlantic Ocean.
A dream became a reality in the late seventies when two brothers born of a golf loving mother purchased a tract of land on the rugged north shore of St. Thomas large enough to build an 18 hole golf course. Jim and Robert Armour were the visionaries and developers of Mahogany Run.
In 1980 Mahogany Run Golf Course, a George & Tom Fazio design, opened for play. Golf Digest proclaimed it more of an engineering marvel than an architectural one as the course had to be carved and blasted into an area of land just less than 110 acres. With only 77,000 square feet of greens and tight winding fairways, this is target golf with beautiful ocean views culminating in the course’s Signature holes known as The Devil’s Triangle.
Open seven days a week, Mahogany Run is the only golf course on the island of St. Thomas, in the beautiful US Virgin Islands and is located only 0.5 miles from Kiwi Cliffs villa.
