This two story stone cottage has been completely remodeled. It includes a new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter. The main level includes an open kitchen, dining, and cozy living room with wood burning stone fireplace. French doors off this main area lead into the bedroom (with a queen size bed) with attached full bath. The lower level consists of a larger bedroom (with queen log bed), laundry/utility, full bath, and ample closet space. This house is fully furnished and ready for you to walk in and relax. Enjoy four levels of decking overlooking downtown Evergreen, Evergreen Lake, and mountain views. There is also a small fenced area for your furry traveling companions.
