The condo includes a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and GE appliances, a full sized deluxe air mattress for extra sleeping space and a balcony with beautiful views of the lake and pool. I have rented vacation condos at many locations over the years and I have to say this is both the newest and best appointed 2 bedroom condo I have rented and the least expensive. The location is very convenient to the airport, Sea World, Aquatica, Universal, Florida Mall, Prime Outlets and the many restaurants on International Drive. We spent almost every evening at the big lovely pool. We didn't see a gator in the lake, but these cute little green lizards were everywhere. There is a Publix store a very short distance away where you can buy pretty much anything you need, including fabulous fresh orange juice and a large selection of beer and wine.

A word about finding the place from the airport. The Harbor Square shopping center shown on the map you get is NOT where the Publix is. It is where the Walgreens sign is a hundred yards or so further up Universal Blvd. Once we straightened that out it was a snap.

After a long day trip to gorgeous Clearwater Beach, we didn't have the energy to even go to I Drive for dinner so we went to NYPD Pizza by the Publix. It was packed on a Tuesday evening and for good reason. Check it out if you like pizza.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and refunded our damage deposit quickly and in full. I definitely recommend this vacation condo to anyone coming to Orlando.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks, the owner was very friendly and helpful and responded to all our queries promptly.
The condo was beautiful, all of the furnishings were in new condition, and very comfortable which is what you need after a long day in Orlando. The place was very clean, smelled fresh. Plenty of bed linnen and towels, and the Dryer and washer were very convenient! You have a view of the pool from the balcony (Jacuzzi end), and easy access to the pool. Great internet access. Vista Cay itself is beautiful too, very clean, staff are very friendly. We will definately return to this condo in the future.

Great Place to stay!!!

I recently stayed at this resort like condo (7/23/09). Beautiful landscape, clubhouse, secured parking area. The owners were great to deal with and responded immediately to inquiries. The condo unit itself it impressively decorated. The amenities package is extensive. I needed hi speed internet and I was able to connect effortlessly while in the condo. The unit is quiet and located a short distance from the clubhouse and pool (2 minute walk). Easy drive to Disney and shopping. I would stay here again!

Loved the location and the access flexibility to Orlando highways-especially to the shopping outlets :). The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable for my daughters and I. We enjoyed starting our day with a walk or jog around the lake path. The grocery store was perfectly convenient. Pool was easy access from the apartment. The owner answered all my questions and was very dependable. Great memories made.

Great alternative to a hotel on Idrive

Stayed for one week in April 2009. Directions and check in was easy and the accommodation was exactly as described. The accommodation and resort was clean and well maintained, in a very relaxing location minutes from Idrive (by car), Property owner was a pleasure to deal with and the deposit was returned promptly. Great place to stay and would highly recommend.
