Horse riding: If you need to saddle up and ride out into the Sierras, there are at least 3 good Stables only minutes away from us.
Wonderful horses, and there are a selection of different rides. Ask for details of telephone numbers.
Shopping? Marbella, Fuengirolla...Puerto Banus...: Shops, shops, and more shops. And when there are no shops there are restaurants. Just 15mins away.
Famous brand names, great bargains, huge markets, you simply can't stop once you start.
Then when you need to feed a hunger, there are so many Tapas Bars and Restaurants, and to suit every taste.
Expensive and international restaurants are mostly located along the coast, but there are many interesting and many traditional Spanish restaurants and bars in Alhaurin, or Mijas Village which is only 10 min. away.
If you don't wish to drink and drive, then a taxi is always available at Alhaurin Golf and the cost is minimal.
More Sports? Shooting... Watersports: There are two Shooting Clubs close by both about 15 mins away and both have good restaurants, pool, and archery . The Marbella Country Club is located just on the outskirts of Monda (which is an attractive white Spanish mountain village); It also has Quad Biking and Go-Cart Track.
Water sports? you could be spoilt for choice at the coast , about 20 mins drive. lots to do and lots of people.
Golf:
King of Golf? Well, you can't get closer views of the green than staying at one of the Andreamos properties!
Alhaurin Golf & Country Club is probably one of the most challenging courses on the Costa del Sol. Designed by Seve Ballasteros, there are 3 courses; a spectacular 18 holes par 72, 9 holes of par 3, and a singular course for children of 18 holes - unique in Spain. There is also a golf accademy, practice areas, and putting green.
The clubhouse boasts excellent views and facilities, as well as a relaxed family restaurant.at reasonable prices
