Three great weeks

On August 2009, my wife and I spent three beautiful weeks visiting New York City and its surroundings. What made our visit so great was, in great part, because of this apartment. It is really everything that is advertised and then some. My wife did all of her shopping a few blocks away from it.
There are all kind of stores, places to eat or buy unprapared food and the subway station is only three blocks away. Another thing that added to our comfort was the security of the building, with 24/7 doorman, and how quiet the area was.
Phil, the owner, was always polite and professional from our first contacts.
Sometimes we communicated over the telephone, other times we used the Internet, but anytime we had a question or concern, he gave us an honest and to-the-point answer.
We plan to return soon to NYC and we now know exactly where we are going to stay: Rego Park, Queens.

Our Rego Park, NY property was selected for it's safety and concenience having a security office at the street entrance plus a 24 hour security desk upon entering the building. Interesting restaurants and small specialty shops as well as large department stores surround the area.
Lionel our on site real estate manager is available around the clock to help our guests with any concern. From questions about the building to directions to get around Manhattan's subway system his goal is to insure a totally pleasant visit.
