Beautiful home, exactly as advertised

We were a group comprised of 3 couples with one child and stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was exactly as pictured/stated in this website. Yes, what you see is what you get. I couldn't believe how accurate the photos posted here really are.
Each of 4 bedrooms had its own private, well appointed bathroom. The showers had lots of water pressure and ran hot every time. Towels and linens were provided.
The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare all the meals. Plenty of glasses, cups, bowls, plates, etc. We provided all our own groceries.
The dining area really is outside on the massive deck, covered and perfectly situated to view the ocean, the pool, the kitchen and back into the living room. The table had room to seat 8 people comfortably and more could squeeze in if necessary. The common spaces open up to each other with large sliding windows and doors which we left open the entire time we were there to let in the breeze.
The house was spotless when we arrived. The pool was fresh, cool and clean. The laundry room is huge and has a good washer and dryer.
The only problem we ran into was that the driveway to reach the villa is a little steep, and our group opted not to drive one of the two vehicles we had up to it. The little front wheel drive car made it up just fine, though. The other vehicle was parked in a secure area below.
The fact that this villa is situated on a hill just outside town was perfect for us. It was quiet at night and we were able to fully relax and enjoy our surroundings. The location however was not convenient for walking to town or the beaches. We could have done it, but instead we opted to rent ATV's the whole time we were there. We found a place that rented one to us for $100 from Thursday night until the following Monday morning. We ended up renting 4 ATVs at that price. It was the best money we spent all weekend. On those 4Wheelers, we were able to drive all around town, get to very secluded beaches (Playa Cosson ), go to neighboring towns (El Limon--to hike to the big waterfall), and zip back to the villa.
Back at the Villa, we were well cared for. Watchmen guarded the locked gate, drinking water was delivered when needed, the pool was filled everyday and housekeeping straightened the whole house.
I will definitely refer my friends and family to this villa in the future. If I ever get to visit the Samana Peninsula again, I will stay here without question.
