This newly rebuilt home is located on a private street overlooking the preserve of Washington Oaks State Gardens to the North and the Great Atlantic Ocean to the East. Marineland Oceanarium is within walking distance. The quiet secluded beach is just steps away for surfing, swimming, shelling, fishing, or just relaxing long strolls at sunrise, just you and and a occasional dolphin. If you treasure peace and quiet with grocery stores and great restaurants in close proximity, just bring your suntan lotion and stay as long as you like. Bings Landing boat launch is nearby also.

Oceanfront Mansion resting on 4 1/2 acres!
