We cannot say enough about this home and it's owner. The home is conveniently located close to Cypress Gardens and many grocery shopping locations. When we arrived the home was immaculate and very well appointed. Plenty of towels (for the pool too) and the kitchen even has a crockpot!

Many books, games, toys for all ages which we very much appreciated as we were traveling with 3 year olds.

The view is gorgeous overlooking the lake. Neighbors quiet but very friendly. The pool was spotless. It was very enjoyable to have coffee on the patio in the mornings.

The owner was wonderful and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.

There is no comparison between this home and local hotels. We will be back!

We were 5 french students in the house and we really enjoyed our staying here!!the house is incredible,the pool is waterfront:it's so good to dive in the pool when the sun is rising.Bathrooms and kitchen are modern.Even if you dont like stay at home like a "couch potato" you will like this house and you will appreciate to do some BBQs at home or just be seaten under the pool screen watching the lake,talk with nice neighbours..listen the nature in the morning in this calm town.Moreover the owner is sooooooooooooo nice!!!!!and the price is not expensive at all for a house like this...so enjoy!!...No drawbacks!only assets!

Really enjoyed our family getaway at this well maintained lakefront home in WinterHaven. Pool, boat dock, flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms, all excellent. Fished with my grandson from the lakefront dock (caught several small fish). Saw alligator, cranes, hawks. Very relaxing since this is single family neighborhood, so no noise or traffic. Highly recommend for anyone. We had 7 people (5 adults) and were all comfortable with plenty of room.

Although our stay was a working vacation, we enjoyed our time there. We found a very clean modern home. I enjoyed cooking many meals in the well equipted kitchen.
It was quit cool while we were there, so we couldn't take advantage of the pool, boat dock,etc., but it certainly is a beautiful setting. A quiet home to relax at. We would recommend this spot for a vacation.

A Beautiful & Comfortable Home

Our family of 6 stayed at this well-maintained Winter Haven home for a week. The layout is very spacious and we never felt crowded in this home. There were many incidentals that made us feel at home (but better), books, board games, toiletries, etc. The kids enjoyed feeding the cranes every day. I enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighbors, the pool, waking up to the amazing sunrise reflecting off the lake, using the clean modern kitchens and bathrooms. This rental exceeded my expectations and will make it difficult to downsize to a suite anytime soon!
