Just what we were looking for

My friends and I stayed in this cute bungalow for a week and it served our purposes perfectly. It was near where my sons live in Venice and centrally located. The front and back yards were beautifully landscaped and perfect places to sit out and read with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Our host, Gabriela, was very helpful and accommodating. The house was very nicely renovated and furnished and supplied everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard and front porch area. It is close to everything! Our family of six had plenty of room to share meals together (all dishes, pots and pans are provided), enjoy a DVD, play cards, and have a cookout. The rooms are all a nice size including the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was beautifully decorated. Beach and shopping was very close. We look forward to coming back next year! We had an excellent time!

a wonderful house, great architecture, perfect service, the cleanest place i have ever been to, nice quiet neighborhood. wonderful service, great owners. i especially enjoyed the yard and the privacy and the beutiful bathrooms. my family was happy, we biked to the beach and found an oasis in the city, close to everything.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year and had a fantastic time. The property is well situated, really well laid out, the cleaners were excellent and the owner was extremely attentive, even when she was suffering from flu! We made good use of the bicycles, which were ideal for touring Venice and Santa Monica. We found some great restauants on Abbot Kinney, especially Joe's Diner for an excellent and cheap breakfast. Highly recommended.
