Situated at Caleta De Fuste and located on Fuerteventura Golf Course, home of the 2004 Spanish Open. The bungalow is ideally positioned within 50 meters the 17 th green, this two bedroom bungalow also enjoys distant sea views. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard. It has an elevated and spacious patio area, and has a flower garden at the front, side and rear of the property. The swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of the community, is located within seventy meters of the rear of the property. The nearest sandy beach is less than 1 km, and the new Commercial centre is also nearby, complete with multiplex cinemas, amusement arcade and bowling alley. The golf course also accommodates the Elba Palace Five Star hotel, which doubles as the clubhouse and offers a wide variety of services, including a delightful restaurant, and a relaxing piano bar.

The bungalow is located on the Golf Course and is close to the sea and a host of amenities, restaurants, bars , shopping centre, amusement arcade and and water sport facilities. It is on an elevated site with views on the 17th green, with sea views. Located within walking distance to the beach, shopping centre is within easy reach of the Caleta De Fuste resort and harbour. The property is semi detached and is surrounded by mature gardens on three sides. Also supplied is an outside dining suite and BBQ. The communal pool is within easy reach. The property is situated on the course, and is with 50m of the 17th green. The championship course hosted the 2004 Spanish open. Adjacent to the course is a second course. There are a number of high quality courses on the island.

Notes: The accommodation comprises a fine sized lounge/ dining room, which opens up to an elevated patio with views of the golf course and sea. The lounge suite is comfortable and a dining suite is also supplied. A television, and DVD player are also provided. The patio is generously proportioned and has a table and fours chairs for outside dining or for enjoying a relaxing drink. There are two twin bedrooms, each with two twin beds and built in wardrobes. A large bathroom is available with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with high calibre units and polished granite worktop, and is fully equipped with oven, grill, four place flash heat hob, a microwave with grill facility, with integrated fridge and freezer and dishwasher. The decor in general is of a very high standard suitable for the discerning guest.

we stayed for 2 weeks in august 2009. the house is really good but we recomend to rent a car to move. the town center and the shopping center is 1 km far. but after all it was great ! we travelled all around the island that is simply amazing. a lot of beautiful beaches and a great sea. we recomend it to everyone !
Owner's Response: The people concerned loved the house and the area, in fact they were delighted with the Island and the holiday in its entirety. Whilst the shopping center in a 15 minute stroll even for older people it is easily manageable and quite a pleasant walk most of which is within the golf course. A car is an option but not a necessity, taxis are freely available at very low cost, typically about € 2.50 from the center, which might be useful if you stock up with some of the great value that's available there. The center also houses a number of restaurants, pubs, cinemas, amusement arcade, and bowling. It offers something for everyone.
