Also included is a bookcase with a library of books and a reading lamp. There is a peek a boo view of the ocean from the Living room and kitchen, and a stream and rainforest borders the house on the side. Behind is a view of a beautifully groomed pasture and the mountains and hills beyond. Many tropical plants on the property include palms, bananas, mango, lychee, hapuu tree ferns, orchids, ti plants and more.

Kitchen and Laundry amenities:
The large, bright kitchen has oak cabinets with glass fronts plus tiled counters , a new electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, and toaster. There are tropical style plates, glasses and wine glasses. Pots and pans and utensils are provided. The dining area seats 4 people comfortably and provides a side table for a small buffet. There is an interior laundry room with washer and dryer and a large deep sink.
Off street parking:
The house sits back off of the road and has covered parking for two cars plus a driveway for more. The covered carport can double as a lanai for family gatherings and barbecues with a patio table and chairs. A charcoal barbecue grill is ready for those great fun times when you want to sit outside and enjoy the fresh, warm tropical air.
