Built 2005, a lovely 2 bedroom apartment overlooking pool and golf course with uninterrupted views to the north of Ayamonte. The first floor apartment, which has lift access via the underground secure car park, comes fully furnished with fully fitted kitchen and laundry room, dining area and comfortable sitting room (with TV and DVD player) which has access to the balcony with patio table and chairs. One bedroom en-suite, one twin room and separate bathroom with shower. Two swimming pools, one for children, children's play area, sun terrace and beautiful landscaped gardens.

The Costa de la Luz is a beautiful un-spoilt coastal region to the far west of Andulusia, also known as the Spanish Algarve. The area lays claims to many of the best Spanish beaches, offering peace and tranquillity in abundance throughout the year. Isla Canela, a natural island (5km by 7km) lies at the mouth of the Guadina River on the Spanish/Portuguese border and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the centre of the island is a golf course, to the east lies the marina and to the south 7km of white sandy beaches. To the north is the lovely town of Ayamonte, a typical Andalusian frontier town and fishing port, full of whitewashed houses, cobbles streets, beautiful squares, interesting architecture and palm-tree lined promenade along its harbour.

Golf: Isla Canela golf course is an 18 hole, par 72 course, which has a number of holes that are characterised by gentle slopes formed by dunes and beautiful countryside with olive, orange and eucalyptus trees. The clubhouse has all the facilities necessary, these include a restaurant, lounge bar, pro shop and swimming pool. There are many other courses to be enjoyed all within a 30 minute drive, these include: El Romido, Nuevo Portil, Dunas de Donana, Bellavista and many more.
