This condo is in an architecturally unique complex with walking and bike paths literally at the doorstop. The unit features spectacular views of the city skyline and Cedar Lake. Within easy walking distances of four lakes, where you can rent canoes and kayaks, listen to seasonal live music, and bike or walk around the famed Chain of Lakes 13 miles of trails. It is a short walk to a shopping center with restaurants, coffee shops, juice bars, Whole Foods Market, a copy shop/mail service, pharmacy, etc. The Uptown area, with its vibrant nightlife and excellent restaurants is minutes away. Downtown with the Guthrie Theater, museums, and sports venues, is fifteen minutes away by bus or car. Heated underground parking is included.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon in this condo! Very clean and spacious! Great view of the city and right next to the lakes. We enjoyed uptown just 1/2 a mile away and the 10 min. drive to downtown. Condo was very peaceful as was the surrounding neighborhoods. We will definitely go back for a revisit, beats any hotel room!
