Situated on the quiet community of Seasons, this fabulous villa is just 10 minutes from Disney. Off Oren Brown road just 1 minute from Wal-mart. The location couldn't be better for all that Orlando has to offer. We have provided a home away from home with luxury furnishings and quality linen. Top of the range hot tub with hydrotherapy jets and a fully equipped games room. This villa is decorated with an animals of Africa theme. You can sleep with the Zebras and dine with elephants. There is a Nemo room too for the kids. All freshly painted throughout in November 2008. Extended patio area with heated pool sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool has child proof fence too if you are worried about children's safety. There is a crib , highchair and stroller provided for the little ones. This massive corner lot provides a secluded pool area and massive driveway. New for 2009. Outside deck lighting use the pool even in winter. This really is a villa with everything!!!

Seasons is a quiet community of 50 executive homes. Each has its own individual style and charm. There is a small lake where you can feed the ducks and watch the sunset. The children's playground is at the entrance to the community. Walmart and an abundance of shops are within a 1 minute drive. With delicious food just a short distance drive and Medieval Times within walking distance you will never be short of things to do. Walt Disney World is an easy 10 minute drive. So close you can hear the Epcot Fireworks. Universal Studios and SeaWorld a 15 - 20 minute drive and shopping malls all around.

  • With fluffy white towels and quality fittings these bathrooms are both spacious and clean. They are all themed with animals in mind. There are 2 leopard bathrooms, a zebra and a African themed bathroom. Taking a shower has never been such fun. The king sized master has a massive corner bath. You wont want to spend much time in here though with the full sized hot tub outside.

Notes: If you have a pet you are welcome to bring him with prior arrangement. No charge for your pet but I like to know he is with you in case the pool guy gets a shock !!!! Carpets cleaned every 6 weeks and maintenance after every guest. Professional cleaning team and 24 hour emergency management.

Guestbook comment: Our Best Florida Vacation! We owned a timeshare in Orlando for 10+ years and staying here far surpassed our stays there. Lynda is an absolute gem to deal with - always fast to respond and always pleasant. We were a family of 5 and decided to use the home by ourselves this year. The location is excellent - no attraction is more than 15-20 minutes away, and there is so much within 1-2 miles as well. The fact that Walmart is within walking distance means food and supplies are close and cheap! The Home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and it feels like you're at home. The pool is perfect for our kids and of course the hot tub was a joy to have at the end of the day. We were all very sad to leave. the Portunes

Golf: Florida is well know n for fabulous golf course and there are lots to choose from all around Kissimmee. Don't forget Disney has golf courses too and they are around a 10 minute drive away. Golfers paradise.

Other Activities: 1 minute drive away airboat ride to see the alligators and turtles.

This house is perfectly situated for Disney World visitors. It takes 10 mins to go to the parks in the morning. Go home for a break/nap and go back at night. Kids love the pool. The house is so comfortably decorated for families. The price can't be beat! also their rate is so simple and straightforward with cleaning and tax included. We would definitely try to rent this house again. I have recommended this house to a couple of families planning an Orlando trip.

We just loved this house .

What a great home this is.
Everything is spotless and well cared for.
The pool gets the sun all day long and my mum loves the hot tub.
We played foosball and darts in the evening and watched TV in bed. We were at the parks all day and at just 10 minutes away we could easily pop back if we needed a break.
The decoration is awesome and the kids love the animal theme.
There were 9 of us in total and there was plenty of space.We are already booked for next year and cant wait to go again.
Walmart is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants nearby.

Orlando Vacation

House was fine and was in a convienent location to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and restaurants. Only real issue was that the house did not have wi-fi (via DSL) or phone as advertised. This was needed for my business and was a primary reason for renting this specific house. Owner was unresponsive to requests to get it fixed and would not reimburse me for not providing their advertised service. Phone company rep stated that everything was working fine and it was an issue inside the house. Renters be aware...once they get your money it's gone. There are lots of houses in this development for rent that are all similar that probably have honest owners. Would recommend looking there first.
Owner's Response: Oh dear. I am sorry you feel this way. I was told about the phone problem and relayed the information back to my property manager. Any problems usually go to her first and not to me as I live in UK and she is just 10 minutes away from the home. I immediately got in touch with embarq and they tried the line. They sent out an engineer and made a report the very next day. There was at that time, no problem with the phone line.Embarq called my manager and said all was well. The guest didnt complain again so I presumed all was well. No one else has EVER complained about this home before and certainly NEVER asked for their money back before.I can only presume the guest was unfamiliar with the wi fi set up and the manager has indeed checked the line and yes its working fine. I am a very honest and trustworthy owner. I am a nurse and spend my days caring for the sick . A more honest owner you couldnt find . I am sure of that.

The villa was exactly as described. The location off of I-4 was perfect. During our stay we visted Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, and Sea World. We had no problem getting to our destination and coming back to the villa. The staff was fanstatic...the pool guy super nice. Everyone should choose a villa over a hotel room. To come back to your our house with just your family in the pool was great. It was clean and very refreshing. We have traveled all over the world with the military and this is definitely one of the top three places we have stayed. You will not regret renting this villa if you plan to do the Disney thing. Thank you Mark and Lynda for a memorable vacation. Would definitely like to return.

Seasons Villa

Our family enjoyed a family vacation in this lovely villa. It met all our needs and had many perks beside. The villa is well-maintained, creatively decorated, and the grounds were landscaped nicely. We felt safe in that neighborhood and enjoyed several strolls around the neighborhood. Having Walmart so close was a blessing, since we did not know the area.
The furniture and beds were comfortable for both relaxing and sleeping. The five bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The four bathrooms were really nice to have too when staying with family.
We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub each evening while visiting and relaxing after fun-filled days. The pool was very clean and nice to swim in.
The kitchen and dining room were well-equipped for our stay. We appreciated the three tables that were available for eating meals in-house.
We were pleased that there was a security system to provided added protection while away from home. We also appreciated that there was a book of helpful hints for enjoying the house to its fullest and information about area attractions and other useful information for renters.
The game room was adaptable to both adults and young children. It was enjoyable to be "playing" with family in that space and a perk to renting that property.
A villa is the way to go for this family! We hope to return someday to this property because the information we received prior to coming was accurate and the owners were nice to work with.
