Beautiful brand new secluded beachfront home located on 1/2 acre directly on a beautiful sandy beach. House has 4 bedrooms 3 baths total. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath upstairs, full kitchen-living, dining room with beautiful outdoor patios upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs is a completely separate 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with fully equipped kitchen-living dining area and great covered patio with dining table outside. The view of Cerralvo Island is beyond words. The sunrises are spectacular. A panga will come right to your door and pick you up for snorkeling, scuba, fishing trips. Sea of Cortez has the best fishing for yellow fin tuna, dorado, marlin, cabrilla etc. World class kite-boarding and windsurfing from November-March. House is located at the preferred northern take off point for kite boarding. Kayaks are provided for great fun with the dolphins and incredible sea life.

Nearest Airport: La Paz at 30 Miles
Car: necessary
Our house is located 35 minutes south of the La Paz airport. House is located on the Sea of Cortez and faces East directly on the beach. For some reason the map is showing us in northern baja but we are located in Southern baja just south of La Paz.

Things to do: La Ventana/El Sargento is famous for its fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kite boarding, windsurfing and spear fishing. There are also great places to go hiking and mountain biking. We do have 3 kayaks for your use. Our little village has several excellent and VERY reasonable places to eat ranging from 2.00 to 10.00. We also have cooks available that can come and cook for a small to large group.

Fishing: We have fishing boats that can come to the front of the house and pick you up to go fishing or for a day of snorkeling out to Cerralvo Island. Cost is from 150- to 200- a day for a boat that will hold 6-8 people.

I rented the entire house twice this year for family and friends. All of whom were enchanted by the wonderful beach and its wildlife and the house itself is spectacular and very renter-friendly! Local seafood and restaurants are great - definitely a house I will rent again, and again.

My family and absolutely love this house! We have rented it on numerous occasions and have had incredible vacations there. We are steps away from possibly the most gorgeous beach on the planet, world class snorkeling, wind sport activities, diving and fishing, and we usually have the beach to ourselves. The house is wonderful with views to die for and has everything you need for fun! I absolutely recommend this house for your next Mexican vacation!!!!

If you are looking for a relaxing Mexican vacation
getaway then this is the place to go! This is a
fantastic house with the most unbelievable views I
have ever seen. The sunsets are to die for! I had the
pleasure of spending a week there in the spring
and it was one of the greatest vacations I've had in
a long time. The home is lovely and it's beach front
location is amazing. I would highly recommend this
home to all my family and friends.
