Located on a Canal seconds away from the Ocean. 100 foot dock, fish cleaning table beneath a beautiful Tikkee hut. Located across from Marathon Airport, Ocean Side. The backyard has a deep water swimming canal. You can enjoy the comforts of docking your boat behind the house and reach either the Ocean or Gulf waters in minutes.
