Beautiful Strand home listed for the first time for rent. This home was built in 1927 and has been privately owned and maintained to the standards of the owner. The home sits on the strand in north Hermosa Beach and is equidistant from both Manhattan and Hermosa Beach downtown areas. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, is located on the second floor and overlooks the beach. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bath. The upstairs has a room with two bunk beds and a separate room with a bed and a lower trundle bed as well. This house is perfect for a family of six to eight. The home has an outside shower and a private spa in a secluded area in back. There is a garage parking for one vehicle and room for bikes. There is also a parking pass for on-street parking. There is wireless internet access, tv and dvd . The incredible view is to be enjoyed! This is the perfect 'quintessential beach house', beautifully maintained, and waiting for a family.
